This is another creation of Alberto, I2PHD after an idea by Dave Brown; it decodes the sent sequence of different frequencies as unique alphanumeric characters. At '777' is 'NA', or VO1NA in Newfoundland, using . e . v . e . n . . s . l . o . w . e. r . CW; lastly, around 775.5 is Laurence WD2XDW using heaven-knows-what - apparently this is a visible aliasing artifact caused by the interference between the sampling-rate of the screen shots and a repetitively swept carrier.
