Decifer!

185.300kHz, the Lowfer Watering Hole. Astonishing. These guys amaze me. Ten beautiful easily read IDs all on the same screen, from all over. Be reminded that these signals are all from 'Lowfers' operating under FCC Part 15 rules, to whit 1 Watt maiximum transmitter input power and an antenna of 15 metres maximum dimension; this corresponds to mere milliWatts of ERP (Effective Radiated Power).

Top to bottom: 303.3 - 'BRO' - Duluth Minnesota, 302.8 - a slightly wobbly 'IP' - Mississippi, 302.6 - 'WEOH' - Saint Francis Minnesota, 302.4 - 'DPC' - (Hello Denis!) Swansea Massachusetts, 301.5 - 'YK' - Evansville Indiana, 301 - 'VD' - Burlington Connecticut, 300-ish - 'Wm' - Massachusetts, 299+ - 'NC' - Stansfield North Carolina, 298.2+ - 'TAG' Holden Massachusetts, and last but certainly not least 297.5 - 'LEK' Aiken Minnesota.

Wow!
