Out in the remote suburbs of Utica, this NDB is a little hard to find, mostly because to all intents and purposes is in someone's back yard, and it wouldn't surprise me if the owner kept his lawnmower in the hut. Shame he evidently never uses it. A sad little installation, small (note the 'phone poles at no more than 15' high), and rather neglected looking. Gets out about as well as one would expect, meaning hardly at all.
