I found 'IT'!
Talk about rural. And bendy, windy, hilly back-roads - about a mile up Hunt Hill Rd. to the northeast of Ellis Hollow Rd., tucked away on the east side of the road. Some 6 miles away to it's southeast, 'IT' (aka 'VARNA') is the outer-marker for Ithaca's airport, 'ITH'. Sadly, another beacon that doesn't get out very well, because it is completely dominated by its environment. It uses a fairly standard 'Southern Avionics' mid-loaded / top-hatted antenna.
